Photography as a vehicle to tell stories is a wonderful ally; it evokes different eras to contrast them and thus generate a story in several times. But not only that; it also allows us to communicate without the need for words, breaking barriers at the moment of relating.
That is what Marhú McCormick wants to evoke in her approach to contemporary artistic photography workshop, entitled “From Maracaibo to Helsinki,” where the photographic eye will be educated through an anthology that will allow us to travel this road in a single morning. Are you up for it?
This second workshop is aimed for photographers and photography enthusiasts who want to know more about the topic and have material for inspiration. It is a Fundación Larense para las Artes (Art Foundation of Lara) initiative in alliance with Una Escuelita de Arte (A Little Art School), which helps to rescue the arts and fine arts through high-quality workshops for all Venezuelans.
This workshop will be held on November 11, starting at 9 am at the Una Escuelita de Arte headquarters, located in the Nueva Segovia residential state, carrera 1 with calle 8, premise number 7A-45.
